Edward A. Vásquez (NMLS#2299852) is the founder and Managing Director of CityTown Capital LLC. Edward brings over two decades of legal experience to the mortgage brokerage business.

Prior to founding CityTown Capital, Edward practiced at several of the United States’ largest law firms, where he represented foreign investors, C-suite executives, family offices, and multinational corporations.

His extensive background in structuring complex international business transactions and resolving cross border disputes gives him a distinctive ability to navigate the intricate legal, regulatory, and compliance landscape that governs international real estate financing.

Born in the United States to Chilean parents, Edward is fluent in Spanish and English, enabling him to serve clients seamlessly across cultures, markets, and jurisdictions.
