Leadership
Edward A. Vásquez (NMLS#2299852) is the founder and Managing Director of CityTown Capital LLC. Edward brings over two decades of legal experience to the mortgage brokerage business.
Prior to founding CityTown Capital, Edward practiced at several of the United States’ largest law firms, where he represented foreign investors, C-suite executives, family offices, and multinational corporations.
His extensive background in structuring complex international business transactions and resolving cross-border disputes gives him a distinctive ability to navigate the intricate legal, regulatory, and compliance landscape governing international real estate financing and investment.
Mr. Vásquez earned his B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University and his J.D. cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law. Born in the United States to Chilean parents, he is fluent in Spanish and English.
